That the NAB is upset by the merger is a clear indication that Sat competes with Terrestrial. The issue is, do they compete fairly. The NAB, which would rather not have to compete at all, is especially upset because the competition will not be fair.

The sats are a subscription service and only has to answer to its subscribers, while the NAB stations have to answer to people who dont even listen to their stations on issues of decency etc.....I believe the number of commercials they can run is also regulated...
