All those with GSNH...

If anyone bought GSNH because of my due diligence (DD) I provided on the basis of thinking GSNH would not be doing a reverse split, then I humbly apologize. I posted what I was told.

Not long ago today, I called and spoke to Sandy to ask what happened? She told me that it was a decision that was made by management and that it was unexpected. She said that it was totally out of her control as I told her that I was not mad at her and understood. She informed me that she is just the IR person and is only privy to public information as it is given to her by the company. I believe her and I do not think that she was trying to manipulate anyone.

My first update from Sandy was on the premise of me thinking that she was part of the company. I followed up with a second update to make it more neutral because Sandy called me back and made it clear to me that just because she hadn’t heard of any reverse split, didn’t mean that one would be ruled out as an option. She clearly made it known that she had not heard of one as even still the recently announced reverse split was unexpected to her. Sandy made it known that the decision to do the reverse split was not within her authority as the IR person as she had no say so in the matter. She stated that all decisions were made by the company for the best interest of the shareholders and not by her as the IR person.

I sill think that GSNH will prove to be solid and will be one of the few companies to survive after doing a reverse split for the previous DD I supplied. I still stand by and believe in the fundamental data that I earlier posted. I think they decided to do such to definitely position the company to get out of the pink sheets and on to the NASDAQ, NYSE, or AMEX.

They are major partners with Hewlett Packard which trades as HPQ on the NYSE at $46.00+ per share and with Admin Staff which trades as ASF on the NYSE at $27.00+ per share. I think they are positioning Dovarri Inc. to reverse merge into GSNH to get to a major market. With the amount of Revenues I believe they generate from what I earlier posted and their key affiliations, they have no desire to maintain GSNH/DVAR on the pink sheets. Considering all other requirements being met, I believe that the only remaining requirement was the share price which is why I think the decision to do a reverse split was made.

Again, my apology if you feel as if I had misled any of you in any way. Such was not my intention. I really do think that GSNH/DVAR will defy the odds and really transform into a real investment/stock. I am and will continue holding because of what I believe will materialize.
