I don't see why, the inner strength of the market differ, the BP for big healthy stocks is still above 80% in late February we were still declining in that measure. I think that in the next few days (or maybe even today) we may reach an extreme sufficient for a turn. We had extremes in tick (both NYSE and Naz) and the Naz Trin did not even close above 1.0, indicating stealth buying out there (sure the NYSE had trin above 2, but it has held much better than the Naz in the decent 200 points or so Naz decline.
