HRCT going to submit an application in the middle of a market correction, maybe. It may not be such a bad thing. But it is going to be tough to get approved...Maybe "after" the 10K could mean after the correction is over...Talking about being out of phase with the market...

14 months of a recovery and now making the move in a pullback.. Hey maybe HRCT will be the company the spurs on the next market run. Just looking on the bright side of things,,,
