the firm believes the co failed to deliver FTTP equipment suitable for lab evaluation several weeks ago

i once worked for a then-major telecom supplier. when we were late - which was, basically, always - management would have shipping send out empty boxes. i'm not making this up. empty boxes would be sent out with the idea that it would be several weeks before anybody at the recieving end would even notice and then several more weeks to get something "real" shipped out and blah blah blah.

i'm not in anyway suggesting this has anything to do with AFCI, just recounting an experience from the glory days of the tech bubble.
