Outstanding GSNH Update from Dovarri Inc…

I just got off the phone with Sandy at Dovarri Inc. I called her at 1-281-493-6711 as indicated within the link below:

She confirmed that Dovarri Inc. will be reverse merging into GSNH.

More important, she said that we do not need to worry about our shares being reverse split. She said that she was part of organizing the deal and that a reverse split was never discussed and that if one was to be considered, she definitely would have known about it. In short, a reverse split is not a concern.

She said that she could not discuss the terms of the deal with me, but that I need to keep watching here at the below links she gave me for an important update very soon:

She told me that Myfirm.com (link above) is the company who will be writing the PRs for the company. Hopefully this eliminates any worries of a reverse split transpiring to consummate this particular reverse merger.
