Wow they are going to file an application to keep a promise knowing they don't qualify for the Naz or Amex...Subtle pacification but its cool...Unless of course they do the 10:1 R/S for shareprice purposes....Personally i think it would hold near the moving Avg...Throw a couple of big butted announcements in at the same time and the market will grow a short memory...
