RE:
Merry Christmas Mick....added another million SRSR when it fell back to .0085 this week...holding a few million for the run. Also bought a ton of COPI early this week under a penny and breaking out right now.

A sleeper in the NG/Oil area is DVPC. When it dropped to .025 this summer I got real serious about checking it out. It was easy since NFEI is a 2/3 JV partner with DVPC is the Slaterdome 34,000 acre methane gas play in Wyoming. NFEI is fully reporting so talked to their IR rep. and discovered that their current reported proven reserves is 12 bcf with 9 wells flowing. 7 more completed as much as 5 miles away from current production so wide scope of methane producing coal beds on multiple levels along with porous sand structure for flowability. IR guy thinks proven reserves with the 16 wells should jump to 24 bcf for NFEI by March. That means that potentially DVPC would have 12 bcf or conservative($2.50 X 12 million mcf) or $30 million proven reserves in the ground with only 71 million O/S. Furthermore there are over 600 well sites left to drill. Possible proven reserves are estimated at 100 billion cubic ft. for DVPC if you look at NFEI estimates and extrapolate which would be extreme conservative value of $250 million. Current market cap of $3 million. Here is what amazed me. The CEO R. Salna of DVPC has put up all the money out of his own pocket for DVPC to drill and buy capital equipment. Meanwhile NFEI has to dilute shares somewhat to attract Institutional Investors. He has had to fund an estimated 8-10 million so far and will need to fund another 4-5 million if they drill 20 planned wells this year. I am guessing that gas flow after this year may come close to paying drilling costs by 2009. They have just bought a million dollar compressor along with laying an 18 mile pipeline and I am expecting cash flow to DVPC to hit 100-200 grand a month by March. Has anyone else ever seen a CEO in a pink sheet much less a big board stock put up 10 million of his own money to build for ALL investors. He crrently owns 22 million shares. I immediately accumulated over 2% of the O/S for the long term. This is a long term deal with 25 year estimated well life. Can you imagine what NG will cost by then?

By the way, he has a private co. in Egypt with 230 employees producing oil. Consequently he can afford it. He also gave DVPC an 11% carried interest in the EWA off shore drilling concession. Two prospective wells there are targeted to be drilled soon as soon as their partners come up with the money. Do yhou DD and sorry I was so long winded. If you know anything about energy, Dover is a monster inexpensive play.
