...why would a lending agency lend them that kind of money without a game plan...????...they don't...

They don't take any risks, will have a return whenever they decide and will be awarded very big when things become profitable. They travel in and out these companies first class. Stockholders take all the risks and will benefit the last. That's the name of the game.
