bperson......those are statements contained in all stocks perspective

to let the buyer be ware......lets them off the hook if stock goes down or things don't materialize like they expect

appears to me they have formulated a buss. plan and are taking action on that plan......they have bought a lot of companies to help complete their distribution of product and assets.........to set there & be dormant
time will tell how far they take it....I will be there

QUESTION FOR U:
why would a lending agency lend them that kind of money without a game plan...????...they don't
