This may sound crazy but Something tells me that some of the brokerages have allowed NSS to go on and that is why they donot have the shares yet for some investors. They did not expect the symbol change to happen it caught them off guard. In the symbol change you can't leave any Nakes shorts out there if i am not mistaking... imo
