Thanks for the heads-up on AFBG, MACS. As for WCHG, my understanding is the Auditor does have all the info, but as you say, they are now in the "clarification/clean-up" mode with him, answering/responding/providing every little detail he is requesting.

A wait and see situation, for sure. But VERY nice to know the company is working it, unlike many of the others that SEC deactivated for outdated filings. Still think something fishy behind why the shells are being singled out, but I doubt the SEC will ever explain that one.......
