until their happy(sec/nasd)...it could be a very long time, my friend Dan just got his symbol for trading...
it took well over a year to get the back and forth questioning and re-filing with mandatory grace periods involved...
plus every-time a new quarter comes, they would have to submit a new filing to stay updated within the whole thing...
all I can say at this point is, it won't take forever if they are serious, but it could take forever due too all the past people involved and what level of friend/help they exist as...
bottom line is... you can't sell this until it comes back into trading, so we own it till that happens...in the very least..
