I'm not sure how to evaluate "expected". The company got deactivated due to a lack of filings, is now working with auditors to provide whatever specifically the SEC wants to enable re-registration, and documents have been submitted for review. Until the auditor is satisfied, the 10SB will not be filed.......

Don't Drink It, just Sip It....then move on to the next play
