betolluvioso,I will be totally shocked, if we ever see a proxy to vote on a R/S. I do not believe that will ever get put in the hands of the shareholders.

If they do a R/S it will read, that the BOD and shareholders approved, however I'll bet we never get a chance to vote on it.
