Your post contains an amazing truth, in my opinion.

Megas has now admitted that no counterfeit shares existed, because he covered them.

Given this fact, what legal right does Megas have to reverse split our shares to oblivion without a vote? None- and that is why he and Synter have to call a shareholders meeting to vote the split valid.

Therefore, the entire time that Megas was telling us that we were fake shareholders, and suing us for fraud, he was lying (in my opinion).

I don't know the answer to the following question, but perhaps somebody could enlighten me.

Was there ever a time in this process where the fake shareholders actually had legal control of the company, given that Megas now has admitted that the shares dumped into the float were legitimate company equity?
