Wow... I don't really want to touch that one... but yes, the previous shareholder meetings where Megas gave himself the preferred could now be questioned as to legitimacy.

Given the Megas propensity to litigate, I'm not certain that anyone would do that....

Those who believe without reason... cannot be convinced by reason
