Seems the company proved that and figured out who put them out there, and a couple of brokers settled and came to an agreement with the company.
As far as invalid and valid, it's all semantics at the moment, the q's say the company recognized them, yet I see no evidence in Nevada of any changes to the AS, which is maxed out, so there has to be some changes at some point if the do get truly recognized. There's a lot of "if's" in those q's, which could be amended at some point in the future if need be, imo~
