FYI I had a 20 minute conversation with Christain B. (CEO of LFB) after the last shareholder meeting. We talked about GTCB and his company the exciting future etc. I asked him some pointed questions which he answered directly. He said LFB was happy with the way the partnership the way it was and no plans for incresing their control. He also said they would not function as a "white knight" (his words).

Historically insider support is a good thing to see. Lack of insider support is not so good. Try to keep things as simple in your lives as possible. :)
