New BOD is working behind the scenes. With all due respect, that is pretty obvious.

Lanza rents the building through Four Star and Petrol and has Black Dragon's old headquarters in the same building. Basically, unless we shut all his companies down, he could still go into the office.

As far as access to records, we'll leave it up to the lawyers to tell us how many laws were broken between October 13 and whenever he is permanently out. I really hope for his sake he did not alter any documents or sell any assets.

The official BDGR headquarters is not on the premesis anymore.
