Maybe there is something completely different responsible for a non-response by the current BOD.

There could be timing issues involved with other news for all we know.

I could think of a lot of reasons off the bat, and my sister is not even a lawyer.

Maybe this "corporate council" has no idea what he is doing.

Many people would probably agree that lawyers are not considered the highest form of life on this Earth. And, quite frankly, you couldn't pay me enough to be involved as corporate council to Lanza and co. So, just from my personal perspective, I question the judgment of the current corporate council.
