Ron, Here's another question I e-mailed to Janet a couple days ago. I have not yet heard back.

Janet,

Thank you for your time on the phone the other day regarding the Tantivy v. Lucent lawsuit, and the essential nature of ITC's CDMA2000 patents. If I may, I have a one follow up question:

Is Lucent infringing on the essential CDMA2000 patents owned by ITC, or,

is Lucent lawfully using ITC's essential CDMA2000 patents via Lucent's licensing arrangements with Qualcomm and, in turn, Qualcomm's licensing arrangement with ITC?
