Meeting is not legal according to Delaware law. Can be checked if you look at the filings.

No LEGAL share holder meeting will be had on the 22nd. What is of more concern is that attending such a meeting may implicate any participating share holders.

This is what was explained to me by legal council so I am passing it on to all share holders for you to consider.

In other words, since the share holder meeting may prove to be illegal, it is better to avoid it altogether.

As Kenco seems to be on a mission to point out, things you say and do could have negative legal consequences. So please consider my advice and avoid such a meeting like the plague.

The new BOD is working diligently and methodically to right this ship. Hopefully we will get an update soon.
