Crude-dude, I'm not sure I follow. My understanding is that according to Deleware law, Lanza is no longer on the board. So, consequently, he has no business calling any kind of shareholder meeting, except to the extent that any shareholder can call a meeting of shareholders, assuming anyone is interested in coming.
