I'm curious on what the nature of steroid related injuries usually are. In baseball, the most likely body part to be injured or worn out, would be the arm imo. If steroids help the recovery time of not just working out to develop muscle, but also helps you recover more quickly from an injury, then I would think one of the primary injuries would be arm related. Manny has had some odd ones such as the oblique. I don't know.

The two pitchers I find interesting that have been plagued with injuries and have seen their careers plummet, are the former aces of the Cubs: Wood and Prior. Since 2005 they've almost been nonexistent at the MLB level because of performance and injury related problems.
