!!!!!!! GUESS YOUR THE ONLY HERE WHO DOESN'T UNDERSTAND MY ENGLSIH. And I didn't alter anything. If your refering to my injection of the phrase OOOOPS well I can't help you there.CONTRACT Call HRCT or e-mail them if you need verification of the 144 extention. You think HRCT bought all their subs with a HANDSHAKE. (lol) Anxious! By the fact that E-TRADE filed the 144 with the Nasdaq OBVIOUSLY prematurely, since the HRCT PR of March 2 STATES THEY WERE FILED IN ERROR.GEE I GUESS E-TRADE maybe should have called HRCT FIRST to get verification of the 144 resriction being lifted. Shorting by the HUGE VOLUME to the down side last week which didn't come from the 144 restricted shares SINCE HRCT NEVER RELEASED THEM TO BE SOLD. I'm sorry JMHO

Hartcourt Confirms Extension of Holding Period for 144 Shares

LOS ANGELES, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 2, 2004 -- The Hartcourt Companies, Inc. (OTC BB:HRCT.OB - News) (Frankfurt: 900009), www.hartcourt.com, announced today that major shareholders including Enlight Group and former Huaqing shareholders have confirmed that they will honor the agreement to extend the holding period of 55 million restricted shares for another year, as previously announced. Some HuaQing shareholders have filed Form 144 in errors and Hartcourt has not released the restriction on these shares.
