Penny_Train - it's TRUE - COPI is dumping CORNELL - they got NEW FINANCINTG - will use 1.1 million dollars to pay off CORNELL debentures with penalties IN CASH.

Then they already got 600,000 dollars for funding until they reach break-even in the second quarter 08... And that leaves 700,000 dollars they can use for BUSINESS EXPANSION..

they also got an IR firm.
