RH has never reduced the O/S. He just did not increase the O/S as much as he said.

So far we had an increase from 25mil to almost 100 mil O/S factually, while he said he would increase the O/S to 120 (125?) mil shares. He just decided not to dilute as much, that's all.

The O/S is still about 10mil over what he said. People say he will reduce the O/S count, but only time will tell. I think last time he said he will be retiring shares, the O/S ended up more than before.
