Well... there is this nifty little thing called "intellectual property laws". Apparently the court of Montreal has deemed that BCS's case has enough merit for it to issue a SECOND injunction on RH and ECT not to engage in promoting and selling SDS/CRAM.

Despite ECT's claims of being able to sell CRAM anytime, I have never seen ECT's CRAM being offered for sale ANYWHERE on their website, or through any distributors. In addition, we have never seen a picture of their CRAM product (presumably because it is similar, if not identical to SDS).

It tells me that ECT is too scared to violate the injunction and actually sell the product, for the court will be on ECT's collective behinds if they actually do so. So being stuck in a bind, ECT tries to mollify investors and attract new suckers by spreading another round of lies. Truly pathetic.
