That wouldn't be an inconvenience if EFFC is only interested in selling shares into the market.
They had 6 months to position themselves in this market. The market clearly has a need for the product. However, they are not even attempting to bring attention of themselves to the market. They went to the NSC expo only to disgrace themselves and had their agent fired on the spot. There was no evidence of any outreach effort except for a few organizations that later withdrew EFFC's name from their site.
What kind of conclusions can we draw from this behavior? That EFFC is a pariah that no one wants to deal with? That they have nothing to sell? Or that they are a scam company that is only interested in selling shares?
