I_Q, can't believe I'm speakg for just myself when I say I wish I was hearg more fm you. Help me understand, though... I'm probably seeg things too much in B&W, but why would the Sam II award pymt be a form of leverage for Sam? Why wouldn't IDCC file for the award and AFTER pymt THEN talk 3G, and why should IDCC compromise ANYTHING at this point w/ Sam on 3G? It seems to me that it's IDCC w/ the leverage at the moment. It just bothers me that when we finally get the courts or in this case the judge to understand our position, IDCC keeps pizzg it away.

That also goes for the supposed settlement talks... it seems to me file for the flippin' payment... THEN talk. I know... I don't get it... but I'm tryg.
