Hello, Matt. Who or what are Bruzzone? An Italian food delicacy? Please read the first few paragraphs and read the rest if you want, when you can.

If you are asking if I'm using another account on iHub, (I have never seen posts by someone of that name and only guess that's your question in the context of this situation) I have never had or used any account here other than ljk. "Never" is not a word that is subject to interpretation.

I am also, to my sometimes sorrow, truthful to a fault. I do not lie. You have the ability to track IP Addresses. Please use it, if that is your question. If Bruzzone has some other meaning, I'd appreciate knowing what it is.

I'll tack something on here since my posts are so limited.

A review of the thread header tells me I’m supposed to not only acknowledge my crime and apologize and promise not to do it again, but also negotiate a sentence. So, that's fine, even though I'd sincerely preferred not to provide so much detail in a public forum.

I do acknowledge my crime, apologize for it and promise not to do it again. I also would like to negotiate for a total sentence of “time served” on the basis of the history of this matter. This doesn't mean I don't think I did wrong. I do think I did wrong, but I think a brief sentence should be considered for the reasons of this history:

The other party to this engaged in the following acts:

1. Sent me an appalling and abusively unacceptable PM here on iHub followed by over 1,000 private emails which contained both death threats and demands that I not be in touch with him. Of note is the fact that I had not been in touch with him for multiple months at the time he initiated all of that.

2. This person posted numerous false and abusive remarks about me on iHub, including using his own “trading” thread to post partial, falsified, emails from me to him, and eventually devoted the header of that thread to that.

3. This person started an iHub thread entitled as intended to harass me personally and posted nine posts in that thread all of which contained text of supposed emails he had received from me.

4. When that “special” thread was removed, he continued to do the same in his own so-called trading thread and devoted the header of that thread to that abusive harassing behavior towards me. That thread was never removed, nor the harassing posts and header removed.

5. This person, a programmer, immediately upon changing his thread header to one abusively and inappropriately purported to contain an email from me, placed a placeholder on his board of his old trades, voluntarily stopped posting publicly on iHub for what proved to be a while. He at that exact time used his programming abilities to bomb my email with over 1,000 emails all arriving in the space of one minute of time, thus intentionally destroying all my saved email, saved over many years of time, making my entire private and business email file irretrievable. I spent weeks of time trying to resurrect that file, since it contains much info of grave importance to me, but even with expert help, I failed.

6. This person at the same time that he bombed my email also hacked into my computer causing other damage. Of note is that we had been friends, or so I thought, so had exchanged numerous friendly communications and traded futures together before he started this amazing vendetta, so he had the information about me to attack my computer as he did do, as well as to commit the homocide he had been threatening, as he has obviously not done, as yet.

7. Because his behavior escalated unchecked, I had to file a report with the FBI and meet with them – extensively – and during market hours.

You were advised of each of these seven things as they occurred but it appears to me that he treated with leniency.

Currently he’s popping up like a tin target in an arcade game, trying very hard to draw my fire and provoke me into breaking rules. With all of this, he was never jailed, never suspended, the free “paid” account you gave him was never removed and more than a dozen harassing posts from him about me were not removed. His thread with the header abusively devoted to me, not to trading, is simply waiting for him to decide he wants to post there again. There appears on the surface to have been no actual discipline attached to his fellow by iHub.

Given such apparent leniency towards him, I’d ask you to consider that my posting twice when he seemed to recently appear, should be forgiven. He continues to try to provoke me and I do contend he’s a seriously deranged and dangerous person, though one with a silver tongue. so I think that given all he has done, my brief loss of temper might be forgiven. I promise it won’t happen again, no matter how provocative he becomes. I posted twice; he posted dozens of public posts here. He had no jail time at all and that's why I expected some leeway.

I have some experience both personally and clinically with the stalker mentality and I know that they devote their lives to childish harassment. You can find some of them around this jailhouse: people who need to feel better about themselves by taunting prisoners, kicking people when they’re already down, people who have nothing of value in their own lives with which to regulate their self-esteem, so they chase after others, permanently stuck in a life-limbo. While this can be irritating to the stalkee, there's generally not a serious concern about actual damage and harm.

The actions on the part of the other party in this case go far beyond childish harassment. I think he put a placemark in his account knowing he was going to engage in criminal activity and that he might end up in a real jail: he caused actual damage and harm in real life immediately upon doing that preparation.

I'm requesting that you consider the fact that all of this occurred in our history, and you know all this was discussed with you privately, (where I think it should stay, but I seem forced by the current rules to expose all this). Now it seems his last public post today is intended to resume his stalking.

Given all this history when those old messages appeared on my screen yesterday morning (I think it was either the result of accidentally selecting an old iHub bookmark or it was some caching issue) I had a brief loss of temper and posted two inappropriate posts. Once I realized the posts to which I responded were old and also that I’d posted inappropriately, I did go back to try to remove the content through editing. Unforyunately I missed the edit window by just a few minutes so I couldn't delete the text any longer myself. I would have if I could have, am contrite, and would appreciate your consideration.
