I read his post as an honest opinion, actually. So I'm not really sure where you get off accusing him of anything other than having an honest assessment based on what he sees in the filings.

The only criticism I have, is that he doesn't address the re-negotiations with Trimax/Uli, and what that represents -- though, I suppose I can kind of see where it might fit in with where he's going in his thinking.
