jjff: As I previous stated, the Settlement Agreement is pretty complicated; however, I believe that in any conflict the terms of the Settlement Agreement supercede the terms of the Master Agreement.

"This Agreement, the Award, the Master Agreement, the TDD Development Agreement, and the Nokia PLA constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Parties as to the subjects addressed in this document, and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, discussions and other communications, if any, between the Parties with respect to the subject matter thereof, whether oral or written. In the event of a conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the Award, Master Agreement, and/or Nokia PLA, this Agreement shall control."



Isn't there still a MASTER AGREEMENT?
