Nokia wants another arbitration. According to a motion filed today with the ITC to delay a response that is due, Nokia has also filed a motion to terminate, or alternatively, stay the investigation due to an arbitration clause. The second motion hasn't been posted yet, but it looks like Nokia is claiming that they have a royalty free license to the patents at issue, and that any dispute regarding this should be settled by arbitration.
