-Reunion Industries, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RUNI - News) announced today that it has entered into an Asset Purchase Agreement to sell the business and substantially all of the assets and operating liabilities of its CP Industries division to CPI Industries, Inc. for consideration, subject to adjustment, of $56 million to be paid at closing and $2 million in deferred payments. The sale is scheduled to close on December 15, 2007, subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions precedent.

VERY VERY CLEVER ..but a buy here ? 42 million debt ..
