Now here is a scenario I have. Can anyone tell me if I'm wrong (and I hope so) and why? JM didn't get the CEO (or whatever he wanted) job and is po'ed so he starts that webpage discrediting JL and the rest of Globetel. JL, says to himself, "I show you". In the meantime the SEC is asking questions about all these fudged numbers showing up. So JL tells the SEC "hey it wasn't me it was JM and friend who did all the dirty fraudulent stuff", but in reality it was JL, Huff and company that did it. Of course JM must have known about it, and maybe he didn't blow the wistle because he didn't want to go to jail himself.
Bottom line, I just can't figure for the life of me how:
1. Only JM and friend did this fraud without anyone else noticing in a small company like that.
2. Centerline was the main business, and the CEO didn't look at the details of the margins, customers, etc?
3. JM going on a web page spouting about all the terrible things Globetel has done, while at the same time knowing he defrauded the shareholders.
I'm sure this little SEC action is not the last we heard about what's going on.
