Pagan, let me make it clear...

It is "not" a foregone conclusion!

Many of us, as you know, discuss "possible" future events concerning the company. Some speak of $100 share prices and 300 completed strats by Dec. 31.

I merely am speaking about what the SEC "intends" to do...

It's just my opinion Pagan...
