All of this having to do with Joe M and Luis V and SEC precedes Jon Leinwand's hire by almost 2 years.

As general counsel, I am fairly certain he had nothing to do with cooked book over-sight. As a member of the BOD, as of last June, I am certain he was snowed right along with the rest of the Dumas pack.

AS the current CEO, I believe Jon is really attempting to pull our nuts out of the fire and make GTEM a go of it.

Those that do not want to think so are entitled to their opinions.

We'll see.
