funny this biocognisafe company is so keen on keeping posting this as hot news on their website, but don't mention any information about the fact that their company is going bankrupt..

from that PDF with handwritten judgement, it is also showing that judgement was not by "Cour supérieure" as they claim in their PR, but by "cour de quebec, chambre civile". Not that it matters much, but they could try and get their facts straight also.
