Where's the Pump?

I dont see the company trying to artificially inflate the pps (Pump) in order to dump shares into the runup/etc.

Thats what a Pump and Dump scam is IMO.

What I see is a company that is having financial problems, and is being pretty straight forward about them. Like I mentioned before, I called Investor relations a while back, and they admitted that Unico had been selling shares to finance operations till the company can become profitable.

Being honest about what you are doing isnt exactly the best way to run a pump and dump scam.
