Looks like were startin on the 2nd reverse split in order to free up more shares to settle future lawsuits by the CD holders ---- shares that will be distributed at 10-20 cents on the dollar and sold into the market. So far Unico has created the equivalent of over 480 Billion pre-1st reverse split shares.

Sure sounds like a DUMP to me!!!!
