uh what joe posted at his site is NOT a fact.....but since u think it is back it up.

1)post the court records...at the very least post the bank account and the garnisher and the amount.

2)post the suit....as far as i know joe has NOT yet sued....and even if he does he being sued by GTEM....so whats your point...if your talking about MS....i believe thats been settled.....othersize post the updated court docs.

3)i believe that one is already done.....new one is national city.....or do i got that backwards.....either way whats your point.....GTEM owes people money....well duh....still not anywhere near a mil now is it.

5) & 6) i strongly suggest that u learn how the system works....its being delisted for not reporting which is currently being fixed.....civil penalties is covered by the ins......tho i will agree how much is still somewhat a ?

13) just goes to show how little DD u have done GTEM did so turn a profit....think it was a whole penny for a Q in 04(maybe end of 03)....this is pretty much where it started....so it went from 10 mil to 400 mil....back to 10 mil.....to be quite frank thats alot better than what most penny stocks do.

14) like u i have no idea where the JV stands....all i know like u is that the P family is continuing it despite all the troubles.....so either the P family likes to waste its time with pointless projects.....or the P family thinks it will work if done right......personally i think its the later.....clearly u think its the former.....well thats your opine.
