From what I see that's happened with PSPJ, I believe your post makes by far the most sense. I also believe Captain K and crew dumped this down to where it now trades. I don't think we have seen this bottom yet. Just waiting for the next round of crap to hit the fan with this PIG. Still way to expensive for a no business shell.
Think OA posted that the 23 million shares returned would be put back into the treasury. Or will it just get dumped into the market? Who knows. This won't even be an OTCBB shell if they don't file soon. The value right now of the company is in the shell. Maybe 450k.
