Since Kyle & Co indemnify Wilcox, I think this SCREAMS that in truth Kyle & Co are behind PSPJ failing the way it did.

If anyone sues, they are going to take the blame.

PSPJ is Gotschalk's company .... and apparently they wanted the lawsuit settled bad.
