This sounds rather "OVERLY PROMOTIONAL"...

arsenal: a collection or supply of anything;

To have a "collection" or "supply" of anything, wouldn't you need to have more than one?

Since GlobeTel has "NEVER" had a successful low, medium or high altitude, "ANYTHING"...

HOW CAN THEY "CLAIM" TO HAVE AN "ARSENAL"?

I hope the SEC saw this...
