Tennis re. ETLK and schwab. Call and tell them u need to speak to restrited stock and they need to speak to the special handling desk. the restriction was for a year and it is now only restricted as it is issued in a "jumbo certificate" (that is schwab received ETLK resticted stock in one certificate for all accounts). i gave them the name of the transfer agent for ETLK and they confirmed it is free to trade. they said if i want to sell it can be done anytime just not online. they said it would read restricted indefinitely but i just have to call the desk and they would confirm to trading it was free to trade. about a week after that the stock appeared in my account as unrestricted.
