Ha, ha,, that's a good question John..

To tell you the truth I've been speculating for the past two-three weeks about whether there's been any dilution going on..

Last week my suspicion was confirmed when i learned it had increased to 91 million.. Yaw just call the transfer agent or e-mail and they should tell you... I worry and would have jumped out if nobody could get it from them for a gag order applied.. That's the biggest run as fast as you can dilution.. Gag order placed by the company and the transfer agent can not disclose the float. ..

However I did not go and run my mouth off screaming DELUTION< DELUTION!!!! like stock pest over here. I had to evaluate it for a while, dilution scares people and it's stupid to do this.. UNLESS you are bashing and trying to get in on a cheep... BAN Stock_addict, please..

But back to your answer.. Evaluation first, how much, how often and share price..

Bad dilution can show up pretty quick without calling the transfer agent.. Once support levels get crunched, at's when i begin to worry.. And I'll tell yaw when it comes to MY money.. I am digging in every fricken hole looking for that snake..

Support level was on the increase until a few weeks ago when all of a sudden at .40 we went smack down to .30 in 15 minutes.. It was a sell on news... I suspect most was this dilution,,, about 1.5 million in this 15 minutes #1. flipper rule: sell on news.. And it caused a small panic, then leveled off at .32 minutes later.. for a total of the day, 2 million.. But selling on news at .30 when it's .40 is not panic, not on a clean stable stock.. this could have been a sign to jump ship.. but because it leveled off quickly and stabilized it was not too much to worry about. . And it illustrated support at .32,, we'll get back to this.. Support?

Because GTEC is a solid company and everything has been transparent, great revenues, profits, forward investing, a very prosperous future looking ahead.. Plus GTEC has not sold shares into the float, rather put out for loans, and or restricted share sales. And because we already know there could be 10 million that's been given for previous payments it's tough saying what level dilution would be bad..

However, before the company can dilute it has to have a BOD meeting.. Pinky stocks do not so far more risky,, While OTC.BB Do. And or shareholders would be notified prior to this, and be prepared..

Plus and or.. The BOD (board of directors) in our case most especially, they have shown this. The BOD wants to have full control of the vote.. The authorized shares are 600,000,000..
The float is around 91 million, which suggests there could be another 9 million that can be sold into the float.. so 100,000,000 possible float.. There's 100,000,000 our for loans.

The BOD needs to retain over 300,000,000 to control the vote.. which leaves another less than >100,000,000 in the 'share bank'. If the float went past 100,000,000, "Huston we have a problem"..

You do not always have to know what the float is, because the share price will fall fast enough..

People like stock pest spreading negativity and doubt can cause it to look bad too..
Charts can help to see the support but charts are only half or part of understanding a stock.. Support is strongly based on perception and stockholders position, positive, mild and negative. So while a chart could say, .20,, Positive stockholders and good company could say .35…Add a little dilution into a bashers game plan and anything goes.. However, support has been illustrated in a sell off, a big sell of at .32... Get it?

So, maybe you can understand, at’s a tough question but here’s some food for thought.

I seriously doubt GTEC is going to .26, however regardless, I have great confidence in GTEC. Greed gets the best of investors. Wait to long and the cheep is gone.. hold to long and the high is too.. Timing is everything and at .60 cents GTEC is still a bargain.. .30 is a steal. As it gets closer and closer to the AMEX a buck and a half is a deal!
