"GTEC's float has or seems to have increased from 86-7 million on Oct. 1-2, to 91 million reported around 8 days ago.. So we've had some dilution of around 4 million shares.. There's nothing extraordinary about this, pretty normal."

How much dilution would it take for you to start to be concerned?...trying to get an idea of what you think "un-normal" dilution would look like.
