AECS I just spoke with the old CEO, Mr Gomes in his Miami office a couple of minutes ago and explained that I hadn't seen the name change on the Nevada SOS website. He explained that he's been getting quite a few calls and is going to email the attorney that executed the deal with the new owners of AECS requesting that they update the SOS so that he stops getting calls.

He said they should be able to update the SOS website this week as it is a simple formality to get it done. Please remember that this is not his call, but that is what he expects will be done.

Eyes peeled on the SOS website then to find out who these guys are.
